I never knew coffee and tea were so bad until Goatis said it. No one ever talks about that. Caffeine is a neurotoxin they tricked us in to consuming so we can be more efficient slaves. We might as well brew cocaine. That’s also a toxin from a leaf.

Iv been ingesting toxic caffeine since I was 16 I’m now 30. At the height of it I was taking over 600mg of caffeine a day just to get through a work day without being fired. There is really no hope of winning in this cuck society without becoming a slave to plant based toxins and grain sludge for quick sugar rush. Muh lunch break, what a scam.

It's because many caffeine addicts get fucked up sleep. I never drank huge amounts of coffee and always avoided it past 8pm or so it never really affected my sleep. If you sleep like dogshit that will fuck your growth up.
