you are free to do whatever the fuck you want, looksmax, exercise, start a business, read a book, learn a language, fix your life , learn martial arts, etc dopamine detox is legit i did it for a week and stopped procrastinating but the problem is i am procrastinating the dopamine detox, i will get back to it very soon
