My family had a discussion about marriage and i found out it was pretty common for the women in my family to get married at 14 but their husbands were in their 30s-40s. Heart diseases and diabetes alongside schizophrenia was passed down to some of my relatives paternally. That came with other issues like my family having their fathers die early and what it did to them mentally.
Imagine if only genetically healthy young teenagers and adults were allowed to marry instead. We would’ve bred out most diseases and genetic conditions and probably looked better.
