ate alot of food, especially dairy products, went outside alot to also help bone growth, also had smoothies with fruit, spinnach leafy greens and all of that kind of stuff also slept well to, but i am still in my teen years so it could've been puberty but im pretty sure doing all the things i said above helped me grow an extra couple cm

fuck, wish i found this later i could of done what i was already doing plus hgh and could've been fairly tall i think it won't work anymore i had pubes when i just turned 12 so at 17 i think nearly all growth is done, but 182cm isn't that bad
