If I were you I'd just dye my hair and brows, and tan (risking aging). You could try min/ oral for eyelashes (I wouldn't take it just for that, although it would darken mouth your hair and brows). Nose job but I wouldn't risk a botch. I have no idea if anything can be done about the mouth.
