Yes, overall african people tend to contain genes that are more fighter like and less overall intelligent, but there is a minority within that race that contains genetics associated with higher intelligence and understanding. These genes appear to be more common among the congoloid race and the northern african rasse. We must preserve this kind to analyze them and see what evolutionary speaking made them more intelligent than the rest of the negroid rasse.
