meaningful communication here is impossible because there are too many users and you don't know a single thing about 99% of them. you don't know if they are trolling, you don't know where they are coming from, you can't tell if they are coping hard considering their other posts
I mean, makhachev posts about being an MIT graduate in a random thread and 3 guys seriously reply to him. just a drastic example.
i think these 2 changes would drastically improve the quality of the forum:
1. creating private subforums for people with more posts (500+ or 1000+ and so on)
2. collecting data about users (mods should go through everyone's posts and compile a fact-sheet about them) and making it viewable on their profiles for reference (for members of a certain rank) - would help in filtering larpers out because it was not uncommon on lookism to go through someone's post history and see they'd claimed (excluding obvious trolling) every height from 5ft8 to 6ft2, for example
