havent seen a thread like this here yet maxilla mandible lefort 1-3 modified lefort 3 is basically lefort 3 minus the lefort 1 area bsso and ivro these are the basic cuts. you can just cut the maxilla or mandibular or do both at the same time (double jaw surgery)...
