OK, so regardless of how we define "white" one thing is very clear. There are habits that unique to one area that are absent from the other.

If we restrict "whitness" to "Europe" then what does an Estonian have in common with any Italian? The Protestant work ethic has no influence on a place like Spain for example. IQ varies between "Europeans". Finland was often the place in Europe that scored the highest in education metrics and Finns are a GENETIC ISOLATE. That, and ~13% of their DNA comes from Eastern Eurasia.

Due to the malleability of the term "Europe" one may include Azerbaijan, Turkey (even outside of Thrace), Georgia, Kazakhstan and the North Caucasus. If you dislike that, who cares? The fact that these places are often considered "European" means you can't just dismiss them based on preconceived notions.

And herein lies the problem. You cannot use an arbitrary, hazy term and then restrict access to discussion based on something intangible.

At least when incels.is restricts certain people, there is somewhat less ambiguity on what they mean. Obviously gender, like "race" and "ethnicity", is a social construct, but their opposition to females on their forum is based on SEX and not GENDER.

My suggestion is building small discord servers consisting of only confirmed white males
Let's say I have a server with 7 confirmed whites who are high sentience and good contributers to discussions and you have a server with 5 whites meeting the same description, we add them together along with someone else in charge of a server of 5 to 10 and suddenly we have something that probably beats the highest post quality of this forum.

If you make a server with an open invite to white males it will just become flooded with ethnics
No open invites, just white guys you've built up trust with in PMs

The take over is offline and online. You can go to alt-right/nationalist spaces from your country and spread PSL rethoric there in hopes they learn, or as @6ft4 says, build discord servers or group chats with people you trust and know. 15-20 active people are more than enough, even 10.
