Doesn't it seem strange to u that there is no supranational legislative and executive body of power that will set the trajectory of development for the entire planet? Just imagine, even the highest levels - presidents and governments, do not set long-term global plans for themselves and are preoccupied with all sorts of vague crap like “increasing the economy,” or even dumber and more populist like playing on religious feelings, territorial wars and all that. Although it would seem that there is a huge unexplored space above us, and we have devices for its exploration, but they r allocated tens of times less money than the military budgets. Humanity is like a blind giant wandering aimlessly around the same place, and it seems we will remain in this hopeless state for several more centuries
