One thing I think we need to realize is that Black progress,especially economic progress,may never be even for all Blacks.
Because different Blacks can have different opportunities and circumstances depending on where they live. The job opportunities for Blacks in Detroit may not be the same as it is for Blacks living in Washington D.C for example.
Also another factor is personal ambition. Not all Blacks are going to have the same amounts of ambition. Differences with this can cause there to be differences among Blacks and upward mobility.
Similar to how SEA are treated differently from other Asians.
