We should change the “grey system”

As you all know currently anyone with under 500 posts on .org is considered grey which is a meh system anyone can get that amount of posts with even the littleest amount of forum knowledge, we should change it to under 500 reps is grey, as you can see I’m obviously not doing this for myself my post to rep ratio is buns but I think it’s a much better way of doing ts
