Let’s not make a new language. Instead, let’s buff English.
English should have macros, multi-pronouning, grouping operators, and shorthand comparisons.
Macros
F = a skull with a _ maxilla and a _ mandible
F(recessed,recessed) is a subhuman skull. F(recessed,forward) has Class 3 malocclusion and can be fixed with Le Fort. F(forward,recessed) has Class 2 malocclusion and can be fixed with BSSO. F(forward,forward) is the skull of the man who’s fucking your oneitis.
Multi-Pronouning

Without shorthand comparisons:
