Should have a trusted rater role pinned to the persons profile who is qualified to recommend surgical advice. So many trolls here will recommend eppley or other shifty surgeons. I don't recommend surgeries but there should be a trusted role for that.

The only trusted raters I personally think are blackgymmax, allornothing and st.tiktokcel, anyone else is cope.
