My posture is not good tbh, I'm 187 cm barefoot (193 cm in shoes and lifts) at 4 PM.
I wonder how much more I can gain. At least 1 cm which would put me at 188 cm or 6’2. Maybe 6’3 but I doubt. Then I could reach 6’5 with lifts.
