most likely, especially taking in consideration the fact that you are on this .org, most of the time you are spending on this earth you are suffering, real talk. let's think about it, you are spending most of your life spent on this earth doing things that you hate: going to the school, learning things that you dont want to learn, going to college, working an MINIMUM 8 hour per day shift, going to the gym (sum say that they find it fun but i hate it, i call it cope finding it fun going to the gym and im working out for 2 years now), thinking about that girl, about your looks, about things that destroys your mental health and much more things that i cant think about rn. let's be honest, in an average day, in that 16 hours let's say, about how many of them you can say that you are finding enjoyable? and that it's not just in our nowadays society, life has been like this since its beginnings, even worse actually because they had to work harder for their food, you had to capture the animal yourself to eat and grow the plants yourself. I think that all this suffering has a meaning, I think this life it's a test given by God to see if we are worthy for His kingdom, to see if we can bare all this suffering while still loving Him and thanking Him for all that and not denying Him.
and when talking about the privileged ones you would say "what about them?" and you are right. of course they will suffer, just not as much, not even 20% comparing to an average person most likely, but God it's talking about them too
Matthew 19:23-24
23 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven. 24 Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of God.”
