Okay I can actually explain it pretty well because I somewhat researched this subject.

You see Turkic people separate into different groups amongst each other.Most people think Turkic is a race but it just is a group of people made up of different races.Same culture and language but different genetics

So Turkic people separate into two main groups:Oguz Turks and Kipcak Turks

Kipcaks look asian and have been close to Chinese and Mongolian through history.For example kyrgzstan and kazakhstan are kipcak turks and look asian to varying degrees.
On the other side Turks from turkey are oguz turks which means they looked caucasian to begin with not asian.So turkey azerbaijan turkmenistan etc don’t look asian.

Another interesting thing turks and azeris talk almost the same language even though I never learned azeri I can understand a good amount of the language.

I think I understand why a free chechnya would not have worked, in fact it may have even been worse for us in the long run.
When we consider that pretty much every goverment and nation on this earth is interconnected through secret socieities and ultimately under control of Iblis, if chechnya was to have gotten freedom, it would be like a beacon of light in this earth full of darkness, our culture and spirit is too dangerous of a thing for Satan to allow to be free, this is why russia was so desparate to not lose control over the region, to the point of sarcrificing their own troops, leading them into suicide, bombing cities and innocent people, killing women and children etc, whatever it takes not to let chechens be free.

When we look at chechnya now we see a regime that controls the region, supposedly a regime of chechens and muslims but in reality they are traitors of their own people, sadists, perverts, hypocrites etc.

In Sunnah it was allowed for a time for the people of the Prophet and later on abrogated as according to many narrations.

For example, the Prophet (alayhi a salat wa salam) prohibited people from visiting graves initially because there was a significant risk that they would commit shirk (idolatrous or polytheistic acts), as was the culture of the time. This is so because the new Muslims were still new to the idea of monotheism. He then relaxed this prohibition once they were settled in their understanding of God (theology) and there was no risk of committing idolatry or polytheism.

Or the process of prohibiting alcohol, which was done in 3 stages.
