For width you need back + shoulders

Lateral raises is an isolation for lateral delts
FOr back + posterior delt, you would need rows + pullups
No specific exercise which targets both simultaneously in a good amount

Oh for sure! Having a bit of muscle and knowing how to fight goes a long way! Martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, any form of combat sports will suffice, especially if you’re in a predicament where you have no choice but to fight and defend yourself.Yeah i am gymcelling rn so know some stuff about it
