It literally is, masturbation and sex on opioids often feels disappointing too because your brain's opioid receptors are already saturated so it just feels like "meh" and like "was that even worth the effort?" in comparison. Orgasms are very heavily endogenous opioids based. Anything that makes you feel good is too in general.

Hahaha I don't want to turn people into opioid addicts but yeah as far as copes go they would be the closest. That is why they are so popular as copes too, really. Most opioid addicts out there are just trying to survive using opioids as cope for life.
