You're probably not turned on. You just turn on the porn and start fapping because you want to finish. Stop watching porn for like a month and you'll notice you're starting to get boners at random times. Only fap when you're actually turned on.

I mean I don't get random erections and I got lower sex drive, and when I do get an erection it's not fully hard

Check your testosterone levels this is common sense and also your diet plays a big role

Could be diet-related issues or hormonal issues. Are you overweight by chance? Regardless, I'd recommend stopping porn for a time being. Your dick loses sensitivity and such when you fap too much.

Maybe check in with a doctor and get some tests done. How long have you had this issue for?

No muscle, poor diet. Lean doesn’t mean shit.

I started my diet about 2 weeks ago, maybe a week into it, my erections got worse, they became rare, no I am not overweight, I am very lean low body fat, no gyno, visible abs when i flex, strong biceps, I work in sun, I work physically, I dont fap and last time I had sex was 5 days ago, it was my last quite proper erection, I am scared I won't be able to get it strong when it's needed

You need carbs you should be getting everything i think thats the reason your erectile might be weak this “carbs is bad” stuff is bs

No he needs more saturated fat first. Hormones are made from saturated fat and cholesterol. But it is true that fruits and goat milk can boost adrenals and libido.

Edit: OP, start eating more raw red meat, fruits, and goat milk and your libido will skyrocket I promise.

You could be working too many hours or encountering too much stress from school work or other relationships. which will use up all your energy

Why exactly I Need carbs to produce testosterone, I thought fats cholesterol makes it and idk which carbs could help with testosterone
