weak jaw but hollow cheeks

So recently i have seen people with hollow cheeks but there jaws are very weak and seen this on mostly teens does anyone know how this works and is possible

yeah seen it all the time too combination of great cheekbones and ok maxilla with super low body fat and basically no face fat but u see the jaws are never recessed just weak
