The occipitofrontalis muscle is the muscle that raises your eyebrows.
Raising your eyebrows is done automatically when you want to seem non threatening, or you are frightened, or otherwise anxious or submitting in some way.
Some of us abused dogs such as myself may have a tight occipitofrontalis, and the eyebrows are raised higher than they could be if you really relax them. I have wrinkles in my forehead from shitty skin and anxiety, and I look older due to it. I raise my eyebrows subconsciously too much.

Pros to permanently relaxing this muscle:
-You will seem stoic due to reduced facial expressivity
-Your eyebrows are never raised, so you never seem startled or submissive
-You may be more threatening when you need to be
Cons:
-You may seem autistic
-You may seem too scary

The issue is, how do I relax it? I am pretty sure outright paralysis may cause it to tighten up in fact, so I am not sure how to relax it, I don't think I can safely sever my facial nerve. Is this part of what bonesmashing does? Like a big massage to your forehead muscle.
If someone in here figures out a good way to do this, it would be an amazing looksmax for many people.

I raise my eyebrows literally just looking at my computer screen JFL, my shit is raised far too often.

Ladies and gentleman, we have a galaxy brain in here

Go forth young Eppley and let us know how it goes

Your answer is presumably some form of botox.

Yyhmm atomic hmm AKIRA

Perpetual raising of the eyebrows could also be caused by Ptosis I think.
It thats the case, you'll need Ptosis correction surgery. If not, then just botox
