Wear retainer?

I got my braces off a couple months ago and they said I have to wear a retainer but lowk I haven't worn it one night. Should I be wearing it

Wear it dude, especially if you don't got the metal wires in the back!! Do you at least have the metal wires? Ideally have both. Never have neither of those. I still got my metal wires in at back of front teeth and teeth are still close to perfect even 15 years later.

Wear it your teeth will move for the rest of your life. If you don't wear it you'll just fuck up all the work
