It is good to protect your hair and face against sunlight
Looks NT and low inhib
It could even improve your looks if you face fits certain types of cap
You save time in muh hair styles

And personally I can feel ny hair feeling better when I use a cap regularly.

Can't agree more, I have healthy hair and square hairline and no Norwood, yet still looks better, same with chains, u might think they won't add anything, but without jewelry and a hat vs with hat and chain I look like I ascended a whole point.
