Not really, if you had proper make up on maybe but I've worn make-up before and nobody can tell because they aren't used to seeing men with make-up and discerning it. Eye-liner itself has to be a very specific choice so it'd be like people thinking that looking like a skater or something is gay, you just need to pick a niche and peacock to it.
