Wearing headphones for more than a few hours every day, especially during growth in puberty surely has a lasting effect on your cheekbone projection. You're literally wearing a piece of plastic on your head, clasped around your cheekbones for up to 10 hours a day, sometimes every day.
Whether this effect affects growth positively or negatively I'm unsure. Threads such as this one hypothesise that constant pressure to the bone stimulates growth. But at the same time a case could be made that the bone has nowhere to expand if it's clamped for so long. It also depends on the material of the headphone and the size of it. We already know headphones cause headphone dents due to prolonged use, so perhaps the zygomae also 'dent' due to headphone usage too.
If enough ppl vote in the poll there might be a small correlation we can find with headphones and cheekbone projection.
TLDR: It might be over if you wore headphones every day during puberty
