I would like to know if there is a online platform where you can upload pictures of yourself where a team of stylists would give you a series of combination of clothes, where after that random people would vote which style fits you the best.

As I mentioned earlier, the right style is subjective, and it would be better if there was a panel of 10 or 15 people who vote which set of clothes and hairstyle fits you the best.

He could learn the fundamentals and basic in one day. He just wants to outsource everything to prevent him from sitting down for half a day and learning about what colours go best with certain skin tones, what shapes styles and sizes fit best with certain frames, etc. No need to hire a professional for this, unless you're going into high end lounges, VIP sections (which OP definitely is not)
