alr im 5teen and i have been smoking on and off for a lil while, ive only experienced what u described (greening out) once and it was at a crowded ass place i thought everyone there was onto me, just be chill when u smoke u gotta be in the right headspace also dont be high constantly. and be with freinds preferably ones that also smoke and dont smoke too much
