Is one of the upsides of smoking weed low cortisol? Lmk what ur thoughts are about weed in the looksmaxing space.

idk niggers must smoke it for a reason, maybe it does lower cortisol. ive never tried it.

with frequent use yeah it can lower your cortisol but i don't think it would be long term son

lmao i know this cause i researched this when i used to smoke daily. And nah it doesnt, THC actually acutely increases it and if you are a chronic smoker and do it very often it like fucks with ur production of cortisol. like in the morning you wont get the 'good' cortisol spike and pretty sure there was a study where they legit gave people weed to smoke to increase their cortisol because they were not producing enough lmao. What does decrease cortisol is cbd which i guess u also get from weed but if lowering ur cortisol is what u care about youd just take the cbd seperately without getting high

the drug that ascended me the most was adderall/speed lmao. supresses appetite even more than like fucking ozempic so when i abused it a lot i had helllaa hollow cheeks. and also ascends u iq wise helped me lock into college when i couldnt do any work prior.

yea bro no worries and if u do smoke weed then dont worry about it, it accutely affects ur cortisol and like just stressing over work or school is 10x worse for cortisol than weed could ever be. so just focus on mindset and behaviour to control ur cortisol. and probably sleep too tho i dont sleep much

I think weed is a looksmin cuz smoking overall is bad for your health indicators, and saying it lowers cortisol jst sounds like cope so you can smoke it lol, but it doesn't have a big impact on how you look so do wtv you want jst dont overdo it

Weed makes you lazy, fat and stupid stop smoking that bullshit and spend you’re time and money on actually improving yourself- talking from experience and from how I’ve seen it affects the people around me
