Can taking weed for one time at 4.5 g + 3 other times (0.2g-0.8)at the age of 18 weed caused it to be low permanently?

Weed for socially maladjusted guys should be used sparingly. Since being intentionally social and memorizing things is not instinct but very conscious for us, it literally cuts down on the common sense I’ve taught myself for months on end now. I still find myself using nicotine which keeps me relaxed and and sharp, Just don’t get addicted to cigarettes if you use them. dont use this site too often either

Weed can bring out insecurities and can show who you really are. I stopped seshing because i would get too insecure about my bodyfat percentage. I hate being high in public, and havent smoked in months

yea my bodyfat is lowering everyday cuz il doing gym + 3 miles running.

And weed will not damage u unless u started smoking at like 13 consistently for years. I had old friends that did that and were mentally kinda “slow”
