just means you went a bit too overboard. just listen to some music or watch a movie, etc. etc. and just relax. i don't think anyone has actually od'd from weed before, so it's literally almost impossible to die from it

next time don't smoke too much at one time, it takes a while for weed to really kick in, maybe around 30 minutes in my experience.

I get the exact same thing when I'm properly high my heart rate shoots up to 160-180 unless I smoke very little, makes you think your heart is going to explode this can't be healthy. I've done every other drug under the sun from shrooms to meth and never had any problem but weed doesn't do it for me. It might be the case for you too don't force yourself
