depend how u use it I have actually used it to lose weight I would just it a pen and go walk on the treadmill for 2 hours at the gym, my biggest recommandation is to step outside of the house as soon as you smoke so you don't start eating and go grab a diet drink to satisfy your self
no worries yes smoking also is bad for you fascial muscle as sucking on something ( nothing gay ) is not optimal for your face, so yes if you want to stop the bloating I would say stop or switch to edibles
