Week 1 - 40mg Isotretinoin, 2.5mg Oral Minoxidil, 0.5mg Dutasteride.

So far, it's been pretty smooth.
The only side effect I've noticed is a little lip dryness, but only if I leave it too long before reapplying lip balm, so it's easily manageable

I also feel like I've actually broken out a bit more than usual this week, but I'm guessing that's just the Isotretinoin purge rather than anything to worry about.
Could also be the new The Ordinary skincare products I've been using.

Other than that, I feel completely fine. The only thing I'm unsure about is that I might have had a few more headaches than normal. Not sure if it's related to the medication or if I've just not been keeping on top of my hydration/electrolytes.

Overall, a very uneventful first week.
I'll keep posting updates as I go!

take a antihistamine alongside to reduce the purge.

100% gonna be the purge if you just started using it

(Personal use)
never had anything wrong with the ordinary stuff, used their lash serums, hya acid, niamicide, sali etc - should be fine there since most the shit they use is gentle

Accutane can cause headaches from dehydration

Stay hydrated, 40mg was too much for me

Okay cool, thanks for the advice bro.

I'm doing 40mg every other day, so basically 20mg daily
