With this out the way, Ill start with a brief introduction / my already done ascension over the years / recently.

lots of talk/introduction and less ascension / tips until a bit later, this is mostly unimportant so feel free to skip below, ill make big bold text to explain what points are "important":
Pre covid, I was a pretty athletic kid, i played soccer, ran loads, rode bikes, liked climbing etc, but dis all changed around ... well obviously covid. As you can imagine for a broke family, covid destroyed our eco leaving me with processed food daily and no excersise, leading to me getting funnily obese. Im going to post some pics below from 2019, 2022 and then finally 2025/2026 to show my (albeit slow and still progressing) weightloss and "ascension" if u wanna call it that. (Because i figure someone will eventually ask, i'm pretty newgen to lookism and forums / actually caring to any real extent about my appearance, but ive had influencial friends who were and got me into it years ago tempoarily)

2026 pics (2025 - 2026 is the only real fair difference, as i dont feel my bone growth aged or changed too much. I may have more appeal in 2025 due to frauded angles, but those r all the pics i have, with 2026 being completely my resting face, obviously being uglier than i look irl and also no frauds at all (angles/jutting/cheekbiting/elongating facial width etc)

SKINCARE ROUTINE (COPECARE)
As of now, my day/night routine goes as follows.
Daytime (morning, optimally when i wake up), CeraVe Cleanser, Niamicide + Hyaluronic acid, Lash and brow serum, Cicaplast baume b5+, lions acne cream + azelaic acid 10% + lip serum and lip balm - occasionally caffiene serum for my undereyes if i need it
Nighttime (optimally right before bed, after/around brushing teeth time), CeraVe Cleanser, Niamicide + Hyaluronic acid, lash and brow serum, cicaplast baume b5+, Acnecide, Lions acne cream, Azelaic acid 10%, lip serum / balm
Considering list:
Tazarotene, Volufiline, Ghk-CU (TOPICAL) - all for now
(sorry i used plus symbols and commas intermittently im tired af ok..)
GYM NOTABLE MENTIONS/TOPICS
Legally, i cant go to the gym yet, so im stuck using dumbbells with a peak of 12.5kgs. I dumbbell curl 12.5kgs, lat raise, overhead press the same, with forearm (idek the excersise name JFL) workouts being with my 5kgs. I typically workout, rest for 1/2 days and do them all again, but considering doing just one muscle group each day so im constantly in a rest for a muscle group - hopefully keeping me more active overall.
For diet, i try to eat minimally, albeit i do binge occasionally which is literally always chips/crisps, which i typically cope via working out afterwards so i can pretend htey were preworkout carbs jfl. I try to aim for 1800 cals a day with a high protein intake - typically 1.5g per pound of weight

ROIDS/PEPTIDES/OTC MEDICATION MOVING FORWARD
For the time being, i do NOT plan on anything injectable/ingestable, everything i get will be limited to being topical - or if i can get anything prescribed i'll obviously take it then.
For e.g ill probably get round to Ghk-Cu but it'll be topically rather than injecting.
This might change later on though.

TL;DR
Week one of my ascension, Im 85-90kgs, 5'7 and 15 1/2, went from being athletic as a kid to fat during covid, to still fat but a decent strength/muscle mass under the flab. Im working mainly on skincare as of now, Cannot go to the gym for about half a year, Do not plan on injectable/ingestable stuffs, and looking for tips!
P.S again............ i've probably forgotten shit, i had to rewrite this whole fucking thing bc org decided to wipe it all JFL
