Week 2 accutane update

It's been 2 weeks since i started taking 40mg accutane ED, experienced my first side effect yesterday, my lips are dry as shit but other than that not really feeling anything else

im on accutane for 3.5 months now, all my mouth area is super dry especially the lips. ive been going to the gym for 9 months and i had to drop to only 3 days a weak because my muscles always sore and healing is super slow, i had terrible knee and lower back pain but its fine now (body got used to it ig)
