hey checking back in I’m 142 rn around 4 pounds up from when I started but I need to rlly start pushing the calories now and train hard to milk these gains. My bench has started to increase I can flat press 100s for 3-4 and 225x1 moves easier than ever. I’m considering spring tmrw but I wanna milk some more gains. Starting enclo this week, my sleep is fucked up rn but that’s the only thing that’s ruined from sArms. No anger yet, and my sex drive is through the roof.pumps feel better than ever, but I know once I’m off it will go away .Cum is kinda liquidy lol. Went through a breakup a couple of months ago which prompted me to try and accelerate my progression. Wish I never posted my face on here but I’m not paying for vip and I’ve alrdy posted in older posts so hopefully I haven’t said anything crazy. I wouldn’t recommend this cycle to anyone that isn’t running test. I messed up and the gains I’ll probably keep from sArms arnt worth all this liver damage and potential side effects. That’s the thing about sArms, it’s a gateway, I feel like I’m going to peak in week 5-6 and once I lose a lot of the water and glycogen I’ll be chasing that feeling for the rest of my life. I’ve been feeling somewhat suicidal recently and this training has given me some purpose so that’s nice. Anyway have a cool rest of your day and do more research than I did if u want to take PEDs

Rad in 2026 bro

Don't throw the towel yet, commit to the cycle even if it's a short one (6 weeks). You might not be suppressed and I don't know your dosage but RAD 140 is no joke when it comes to gains. Wishing you luck, your mood problem is unlikely to be related with the sarm usage.

No, it's Rad 140 muchacho not dianabol. If you train hard even after your cycle and keep a decent lifestyle you should keep a good chunk, if not, all the progress you made. Plenty of users report making permanent gains.

Mirin knowledge bro. You figure I could get away with another cycle maybe 6 months down the road or should I just hop on test?

There's a big difference between running sarms and committing to an AAS cycle, even simple testosterone. From what I gather you're not in a good spot mentally right now so focus on that beforehand. When you're feeling much better it's up to you to decide what you want out of the next cycle.

Remember this ; you have to set clear goals when you do a cycle. Reaching a goal with minimal impact on your health is what matters the most. Becoming/being enhanced is a big commitment and not to be taken lightly. Try to get some experience, why not another sarm cycle? Only after consider real AAS.

Finish your current cycle, treat yourself right and listen to your body. Prepare a reasonable pct and go on a break for the same duration of said cycle.

Thanks dude. I have so many people telling me the risk to reward for rad and mk (mostly rad) is terrible and i have been discouraged. Seen a lot of conflicting information online

There will always be conflicting information ; I'm not a professional or medical expert either and you should not take everyhting I write as face value. I share my research and my opinion but you have to make your own choices.

Many factors come into play with this risk-reward thingy : individual response, quality of the product, cycle length, dosage, genetics, diet...

As you can probably understand by now the only person who can truly know is yourself. I can't be in your shoes and tell you exactly what to do. So gauge your response with Rad, be smart and take notes. Prepare for the worst and be ready to stop just in case it goes really bad. Keep your head on your shoulders, you got this.
