in this week i overall ate 3358 kcal
my daily maintenance is around 2500-3000 kcal
So that means i lost around 1.5-2 kg fat this week i lost a lot of water weight too my starting weight was 83 kg and now im 77.6 kg

I mainly eat fatty things and meat and a little bit of berries i mainly eat half boiled eggs and a bit of liver
