How much better is Reta vs Wegovy? I have access to the new Wegovy tablets at CVS.

I’m not close to overweight and want to just take something to help me eat cleaner while I lift weights. Eg stop craving jester junk food and stay in minimal calorie deficit and go down a few % in body fat.
