Weight Gain Advice

I'm currently 73kg at 15 and I'm 6'2, I go to the gym daily not including weekends, and I eat a fair amount. In the morning I eat slop because I have only around 35 min to eat and get ready, I skip lunch at school, and I eat at 3pm - 4:30pm once I'm home. I eat ground beef or eggs most of the time, and I eat plain Greek yogurt with honey after that. For dinner It's mostly just up to my mom, sometimes it's grainslop or pasta, but most of the time she cooks chicken. What changes should I make and is my protein intake good? If not what could I do to better it? :feelsokman:
