Weight lift maxers how much of protein you are eating per day?

I eat between 130-200 grams. I weigh 200 pounds at 16% body fat.

0.8g per lb sometimes even less, protein is cope you don't need that much of it

How you can eat that much. I can barely eat 90gram per day.
All you need is 400 grams of meat and a glass of milk daily to hit your protein intake goals. 90 grams is what a 13 year old skinny boy eats. Don’t be a pussy. Eat more.

This is what I ate when I worked out.. I did not drink any milk..

- Bread that had a lot of protein inside. Two slice 20 gram protein
- Red Lentil with Arabic Bread ..
- Protein bar 10 kg protein
- Veggies and fruits
- And 100 gram of meat with potatos.

Probably like 250g. 100-150g fat and 300g carbs

I really need buy that shit.. It would make my life easier. Its ok to drink it every day? Or per working day?
 
It all depends on your body weight, how much you exercise and other shit. You can find some pretty good guides based on that online

I weight 68kg right now but I was planning to vut 6-7 kg before working out.. I usually work out 3 day per week with 15gram of dumbells.. Maybe 90gram of proetin is enough for me because the weight is not that much.... Im not even planning to get shredded body.. just lean body with muscle here and there.
