Today is my 4th day of Weight loss, all the things I have noticed so far are,
1 I have lost 2 kg(5pounds) (most of that is probabbly water weight tho)
2 I look significantly less bloated
3 Loosing weight isnt as bad as I remember
What im doing to loose the weight:
Im currently eating between 700-1500calories per day
Im mainly eating low fat dairy products
Im drinking 6-8Liters of Water per day
If im not eating low fat dairy im eating half cooked frozen supermarket slop
Im trying to burn attleast 300calories per day with cardio
Im also taking 20mg of mk677 before going to bed every day to avoid dropping my gh to levels that would reduce my groth
WE will all make it

I might also ad plain boiled patatoes soon becouse they are also good for weight loss
