This is my second day of loosing Weight

I ate 600calories but I burned 150at the gym
Im eating dinner later but I wont eat more than 1000calories for it so I stay under 1500
Im also taking 20mg of MK677 so my Gh dosent plummit

but I moved arround over the day and my blood pressure is VERY high so its like 2000-2200
good luck with fasting but take something so you Gh dosent stop if your still in puberty bhai
