This could be very stupid to ask, and please don’t berate me in replies, but the scale hasn’t been moving much in the last 2-3 weeks of me cutting. I have decreased calories a bunch (~800 less) and been working out and doing cardio consistently. My weight has been fluctuating from 189-184 and i don’t know what’s going on. Today I hopped on the scale and it said 189 even though i barely ate today. I feel very unmotivated what do I do?
