This could be very stupid to ask, and please don’t berate me in replies, but the scale hasn’t been moving much in the last 2-3 weeks of me cutting. I have decreased calories a bunch (~800 less) and been working out and doing cardio consistently. My weight has been fluctuating from 189-184 and i don’t know what’s going on. Today I hopped on the scale and it said 189 even though i barely ate today. I feel very unmotivated what do I do?
 
track ur calories on an app. 99% of the time ur just straight up wrong because math does not lie. people bulking arent eating enough and people cutting are eating too much/not burning. also 2-3 weeks is not long enough to get results.

Just stay consistent and you’ll see results.

To be honest u should Track ur calories and make Ur Self a plan and Stay consistent

you thought about taking drugs tho? reta/DNP could help massively
 
make a plan or track your calories and stay consistent it doesnt matter if you eat well for the whole week then end up binge eating on the last days of the week your progress would practically be reset lol aslong as you are in a caloric deficit you are losing fat
