Since the beginning of the new year i've been on a weight loss journey.
Started off at 235, now i'm at about 212 (I'm 6'5", so Ill need to keep some weight on me)
But even with losing the weight, I feel like I haven't noticed a difference in my weight loss.
Im trying to do more of a caloric deficit now, about 1700-2k calories a day, along with cardio (running) and light lifting.
I've lowered salt and sugar intake as well.
I still have yet to notice a huge difference after almost four months, I've heard others say I've lost fat and facial fat, but I myself have yet to notice anything.
I need to lose face fat, get a more defined jawline, and lose stomach fat.. Words of advice or confirmation?
