Was 210 lbs about a year ago. Was a complete fat pregnant looking fuck. I’ve lost 40 some lbs and am now around 165 lbs. However, I am still 20% + bf. Do I just keep cutting? I’m 6’1”

Yeah. I know I’m skinny fat and could recomp, but I really want to be lean for summer even if that means having a twink physique. I mean, I couldn’t really have a twink physique because I’m 6’1”. But anyway, I’d rather lose all the fat and just be skinny and then lean bulk than commit to a long term recomp. I don’t have time for a full on recomp

I’m 6’1” 164 tbh. Idk how low I’ll have to go to. My body fat percentage is fucked for my height and weight lol. What do you think? Like 145? 150?

It’s normal, I was also fat at some point in my life, i think it depends also on the person

I’m not a expert, that’s why I would recommend to you, to go into your homo doctor, I did this after I lost my major weight too

It’s normal, I was also fat at some point in my life, i think it depends also on the person
I guess I have to keep on cutting though I just would really hate if I got down to like 145 or 150 pounds and still have these fucking love handles

Cutting will still make you skinny fat looking, focus on building upper body and delts to give contrast to your wide hips

I’d say 150-155 is pretty lean for your height
