Im 15yrs old and i feel like life isnt as good as it would if i would have listened to weight i need a good method but im still growing so nothing that can stunt my growth

slight calorie deficit, drink water and take diuretics

Why not reta instead of dnp which can be very dangerous if used incorrectly?
The lethal dose is much higher than you'd expect. It's a skill issue.

DNP shreds the fat and the GLP-1 agonist keeps the appetite at bay. That's what I'm doing.

Still, reta should be more then enough

Unless your competing or are a fitness influencer dnp isnt worth it

DNP is unmoggable for fat loss. Not using it is putting yourself at a disservice. Not one single reason not to be on in for fat loss. Not one.

Of course. You can get there without anything. We've been getting shredded long before any GLP-1 agonist existed. Doesn't change the fact DNP make it a hell of a lot quicker.

Also whats the obsession with low bf, what difference will it make to you if your 5% or 8% bf? Zero, unless your competing which you aren‘t
LOL. To think that there is no difference between 5% and 8% is comical. Would be more of a change than you going from 15% to 12%, that is a fact. 8% is a good place to be though.

You can get to sub 10% bf easily within a few months of reta (unless your a fat obese 25%bf incel). It works quick enough already.

Theres a difference, but it wont make any impact on your life, what difference will it make, your body will only be visible at the beach and if your 8% bf and have decent muscles you will almost always mog everyone else. Also maintaining 5% bf isnt healthy and not worth it unless your competing and making money out of it.

Nothing necessarily unhealthy about it if you are enhanced. If a nattycuck then sure, your hormones will be literally castrate.

I also have no idea why you keep mentioning 5% bodyfat like I ever said it was ideal.

If you don't care about the length of time then fair enough. Reta will get you there eventually. Reta + cagrilintite + PSMF will get you there quickest if you don't want to use DNP. I don't like dieting or prolonged calorie restricition, so quicker is better IMO.

Of course. If you are a real 8-10% (meaning ab veins and the start of straited quads), then for sure, there is a bone issue.

or if u can hop on hgh and roids best option, no need to diet and ur development will go even crazier while ur losing fat

Yes but it gets to a point. Fat pads also enlarge if you keep the fat at a young age until you’re an adult. Reasonable bf% is 14-20%.

Being obese doesn’t mean estrogen will automatically be high. It only slightly gets raised. Estrogen is needed for bone btw.
Obviously surplus is good. But whatever works

Sacrifice a month of growth and do 1000 daily cal deficit
