I continued with my calorie deficit like usual, I did some more calisthenics and I noticed im starting to get a v-line :)

I also ate McDonald’s a couple days ago wich im not very proud of but I’ve made lots of progress so I decided to reward myself with that.

(In case anyones wondering I ordered some curly fries, a double cheeseburger and some mustard sauce)
 
Nice work. Don't worry about mcdonalds btw I eat it all the time while cutting, just fast throughout the day and feast on cheeseburgers at night jfl, as long as it fits into your cals

Well on that day I ate too many calories but I normally keep it at 1400-1600 wich needs a bit of patience but it works
