I continued with my usual routine and slowly noticed the progress I made especially on my stomach area
It is pretty flat now except for a small bump or bulge idk
My love handles are barely visible and I look way more defined now
What I noticed is that my jawline started to slowly disappear the more fat I lost, is that normal???
