Did 12 reps of 10kg additional weight this week wanna see how many I can get with 15kg next week tbh.

The first week when I started doing weighted pull-ups I managed 9 reps with 10kg, next week I managed 12x10kg.
But I'm pretty experienced with regular pull-ups tbh, been doing them for almost a year now on a weekly basis.
I managed to do 25 in June/July.
Im doing close grip bench press as main tricep exerciseMost arm size comes from triceps. Start doing triceps pushdowns and skull crushers if you want even bigger arms.
Chin-ups mainly work your biceps.
how much extra weightWeighted chins are my favorite exercise. My biceps get fucking insane pumped from them. My lats get less activation, but I finish that off with some rows and pull downs. Weighted chins are so satisfying
