You have to be in very bad shape if you can't do dips with your own body weight. I can understand if you can't do pullups but dips? Easy exercise with your bodyweight

muscle ups are cooler

so are one arm chin ups and pull ups

and planche push up to handstands

it's been a year, but around 6 months since i started taking it more seriously.

i have very good strenght genetics from my dad tbf.

it's been a year, but around 6 months since i started taking it more seriously.

i have very good strenght genetics from my dad tbf.

i agree upper chest mogs

incline bench is my favorite chest exercise.
hoping I can ascend still. Hopefully have girls come up to me in college, I can only dream I guess
